1. Scope of services

Cloud Era provides software development, web portal, app development, admin panel, and related digital services based on the requirements agreed with the client.

2. Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate project details, required assets, timely feedback, payment confirmation, and the legal right to use any content, logo, brand material, or data supplied for the project.

3. Project timelines

Timelines depend on requirement clarity, content availability, approval turnaround, third-party API delays, and payment confirmation.

4. Payments

Development work may begin only after payment or milestone confirmation as agreed. UPI transaction details submitted through the portal are subject to admin verification.

5. Revisions

Revisions are limited to the agreed project scope. Any major change, additional feature, or new module may require extra time and additional charges.

6. Limitation

Cloud Era is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect client information, third-party platform issues, payment gateway downtime, hosting limitations, or post-delivery changes made outside our control.
