We collect the details you submit through the client portal, including name, business name, email, phone number, project details, consent form information, payment reference details, and project status records.

Your information is used to review access requests, manage onboarding, prepare project communication, verify payments, maintain project records, and provide support.

3. Data storage

Portal data is stored using Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Access is controlled through authentication and role-based permissions.

4. Sharing

We do not sell client data. We may share limited information with service providers only when required to deliver the project or comply with lawful obligations.

5. Security

We use Firebase security rules and authenticated access to limit data access. However, no online system is completely risk-free, so clients should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information.
